Workshop Fabrications & Industrial Coating

  • TCC-KANOO fabrication shop with operations management office facility is established at prime location Jubail Industrial City 3.
  • TCC-KANOO workshop facility is approved and equipped to execute Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, and other customers’ fabrication and coating contracts.
  • Total workshop area is 15,000 SQM with 3500 SQM workshop shed with overhead cranes, hydrotesting, blasting, coating, loading-unloading, and material storage area.
  • For adequate logistic services–cranes, forklifts, fleets and boom trucks are available.

Workshop Production Capacity;

  • 120,000-140,000 DIA.INCH annual Piping Fabrication, Welding, NDT, Hydrotest & Coating.
  • 450-500 Dia. Avg. Production from Fit-up to Welding / 12 Hours Shift.
  • 15-18 Tons Avg. Structure Fabrication / 12-hour shift.
  • 350-400 SQM Avg. blasting & coating capacity / 12-hour shift.
  • In-house Engineers, Quality and HSE personnel, Fabrication and Coating Team.
  • Office facilities for Clients and ARAMCO/SABIC/End User Representatives.

Plant Shutdown and Maintenance Services
